Usted está obligado a pagar un depósito no reembolsable del 30% del costo total por persona por viaje para que su reserva sea confirmada. El saldo final debe pagarse 30 días antes de la fecha de check-in. Si reserva menos de 30 días antes de la salida, exigiremos el pago completo dentro de los 5 días posteriores a su reserva, de lo contrario nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar.

The final balance of the cost of your package must be paid 30 days before your departure date. If your booking is made within 30 days of departure full payment is due at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your stay and retain the deposit paid.


Cancellation and Curtailment: any cancellation or curtailment of stay by you during your course or your limited use of the facilities or activities provided on our camp and included in the cost of it will not give you any right to a refund or credit note from us. Should you decide to extend your stay, you will be required to make a fresh booking with us. The extension of your stay will be subject to availability.

Alterations: once you have paid your deposit, it may not be possible to change your package dates or to transfer your booking to a third party. You may upgrade your accommodation, subject to availability and paying any additional costs.

Requests to change registration from one Camp to another must be made by email at least 4 weeks prior the camp start date. Changes are subject to a 100.00 € rescheduling fee and are valid for one calendar year from original registration. Participants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a 50.00 €  fee. Any requests made within less than 4 weeks prior to Camp start date cannot be accommodated.


You, or any member of your party, may cancel your stay at any time. Cancellation by email from the person who made the booking or your travel agent on your behalf must be received. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice will be the governing date. Please note that the cancellation of any member of your party may affect the room occupancy, type of room and price for your booking and we reserve the right in this case to transfer the remaining members of your party to alternative accommodation, which may be at a supplement. Since we incur costs in cancelling your stay and will have forgone other bookings the following Cancellation Charges will apply:

If the cancellation is received:
prior to the balance due date i.e. up to 30 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit.
0 – 30 days prior to departure, loss of 100% of the total package cost.


We reserve the right to cancel your stay in any circumstance up to 30 days before the date of departure. You will get fully reimbursed from Us .

We will not cancel your stay within 30 days of the date of departure unless either compelled to do so by reasons of force majeure or if you have not paid the final balance in accordance with Section 2.

 If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.


We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay you compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by ‘force majeure’. This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your course in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

In these booking conditions ‘force majeure’ will include (but shall not be limited to) war, threat of war, riot, civil or political unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity threatened or actual in its consequences, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of ports or airports, air traffic control delays, technical problems of transport , pandemic or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.


You must carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits and certificates for the countries which you will visit during your trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits and certificates for your trip; please refer to the Essential Trip Information for details. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa or other travel documentation.


Our Company will not be responsible for any theft or damage of personal property. Please ensure your have adequate insurance.


Travel insurance is mandatory for all our travellers and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of  2,000,000 € for each of the categories of cover. It should cover you for gym exercise as well as watersports such as swimming, kayaking and paddle-boarding. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance no later than 7 days prior to the trip taking place; you will not be able to join the trip without it.


You acknowledge and accept that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the schedules, itineraries, amenities and modes of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.


Our group trips are run by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any traveller or staff member participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a group leader, or interfere with the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may direct you to leave the trip immediately, with no right of refund. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips booked. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited.


You acknowledge that the nature of the trip is active, involves strenuous exercise and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of these facts and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks attendant upon such a trip.


Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the trip or this contract. You accept that any assistance given by your group leader or local representative in arranging optional activities does not render us liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and activity provider.


In the event that any term or condition contained in these Booking Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding.


You consent to us using images and audio of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.


a) We do our best to provide you with the photographs and illustrations that should give you an impression of the facilities offered. These photographs and illustrations aim to give you an idea of the standard of the facilities, but are not contractually binding.
b) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the package which you book with us is supplied as is described on our website. If any part of your package is not supplied as promised due to the fault of our employees, agents or suppliers, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your stay.
c) In respect of travel by road our liability will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant International Convention.
d) Facilities available ‘outside the location’ together with connections arranged on the clients request will remain under the sole responsibility of the outside providers who organized them.
e) If you or any of your party suffer death, illness or injury whilst overseas arising out of an activity which does not form part of your package or an excursion arranged through us, we shall at our discretion, offer advice, guidance and assistance. Where legal action is contemplated and you want our assistance, you must obtain our written consent prior to commencement of proceedings.
f) The contractual terms of the companies that provide the transportation for your stay will apply to this contract. These may contain terms that affect your rights to compensation. You may ask for copies of the relevant conditions of carriage from our offices.
g) The contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Spanish Law and the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.


We will only collect personal information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address) which you have provided voluntarily to us. Please do not submit your personal data to us if you do not wish us to collect it. We might collect your personal information in situations such as:

If you sign up to our newsletter we may ask for your name and e-mail address so we can effectively communicate our news with you.
If you submit an enquiry we may ask for your name, telephone number and e-mail address. This is so we can effectively return the requested information to you.
If you enter a contest or promotion we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address. This is so we can run the contest effectively and let you know if you have won.
If you submit a CV to us by post, we may ask for your name and email address in order to effectively respond to your application.
If you are to enquire and book a holiday with us, we may also request and use the following information in order to complete the booking and to enable us to provide a better, more customized holiday for you:

You agree that we may obtain, hold, correlate, merge and use your information (including personal information) for the purpose
of providing you with our services and ancillary services and for our internal business purposes. These include (without limitation):
Personalizing your visits to the site and developing the design and style of the site to improve our services to you.
To inform you about the latest changes to our website, or products or services.
Communication with you.
For market research purposes.
To enable third parties to carry out statistical analyses’, technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf including
determining behavioral preferences to manage online advertising.
For strategic development.
For any purpose required by law or regulation.
For accounting purposes.
Sharing Information
We may provide third parties, at our discretion, with certain aggregate statistical data about your use of our websites, which data may include demographic data such as age range and geographic location of groups of user. It will not include information that could personally identify you.
We reserve the right to access and to disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests or requests by applicable regulatory bodies, to operate our systems properly or to protect either ourselves or our other users.
Monitoring emails
We may monitor and keep records of email communications which you send to us and other communications with you in accordance with this policy and our other business interests.
Safeguards and Security
No data transmission over the internet can be entirely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information or use of our website.
In addition to our safeguards your personal information is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA1998) and in the European Union, from 25th May 2018, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This provides that the information which we hold about you should be processed fairly and lawfully and should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is necessary.

The current times have been precarious and uncertain for many of us. Even as countries and states recover, we are now facing a new normal. Our goal is to deliver the same standard of educational excellence as well as put into place an upgraded system that minimizes the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as much as possible.  

  1. 1.    You have to have a Covid-19 test? At the moment all you need to visit Gran Canaria fill this online form  https://www.spth.gob.es/ and download or print the QR code it generates. Do it within 48 hours of travelling. 


  1. 2.    Pre-arrival symptom survey: A questionnaire will help screen participants prior to arrival. If any participants are having any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone else showing symptoms prior to Camp they will not be allowed to attend unless having tested negative prior to arrival.  Test results will need to be provided.  


  1. 3.    Temperature checks: We will be checking everyone's temperature upon arrival at Airport prior to getting on the shuttle. If you have a fever or any symptoms, you will be asked to go to the emergency room immediately and will not be able to attend Camp until tested negative and cleared by the hospital. If driving in, you will be temperature checked upon arrival to camp. 


  1. 4.      We'll need to wear masks all the time: You only have to wear masks in Gran Canaria when you can't stay more then 1.5 metres from other people. Basically this means that you only have to wear them in shops, supermarkets and indoor areas of hotels where people tend to gather. You don't have to wear them around the pool, by the beach or walking around outdoors.



  1. 5.    Station/training groups: Max 10 people per group. You will stay with this group throughout the duration of Camp to rotate through all the coaching stations.  


  1. 6.    Equipment safety: We will be disinfecting all equipment and gym surfaces daily. 


  1. 7.    Safety during training sessions: In the event of any hands-on spotting or group work, all coaches will be required to wear masks.  



  • This list is not exhaustive.  We will continue to update and refine our safety measures as more information becomes available in the coming months.
  • Of course, even when taking all precautions, there will still be a risk of transmitting illnesses. Everyone must stay vigilant during the week of camp and be honest and forthcoming with any potential symptoms.
  • The COVID-19 situation is rapidly changing. Because of that, these suggestions may quickly become outdated. Watch out for the latest from the CDC and other health authorities.
