ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

We don’t include all meals in the package.

We’ve found that guests like to have options on where they eat, and typically the group will eat most meals together in the villas.

We provide some days a healthy food after the training daily.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?

Within the group there will most likely be different levels of fitness. Everyone is an individual and can only do what their bodies are capable of, so we do not expect everyone to be at the same levels.  The trainers will be there to motivate and push you to your limits, so don't worry about not getting the most out of the workouts. As for the hikes, if the trainers feel that they need to push certain guests more than others, adaptions will be made.

HOW MANY GUESTS WILL BE STAYING AT THE RETREAT?

There will only ever be a maximum of 10 guests at one time staying at The Retreat. All guests will have the feel of an uncrowded luxury villa.

CAN I ATTEND ON MY OWN?

85% of clients attend on their own. The group size is between 5-10 and you spend a lot of time together, so you bond very quickly. So please do not be worried to join us if you are flying solo.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES?

No not at all we have designed the workouts/activities to be as beneficial towards your health, fitness and relaxation needs as possible. At anytime if you feel like you need to sit out, that is completely fine, it's your choice and prerogative. Our aim is to inspire, motivate and educate our guests, so that when you return to your everyday lives you feel energised and refreshed. We will not make you do anything you do not want to do.

WILL I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?

Backpack , Suitable trainers and workout clothes, high factor sun cream, Hat/cap for sun protection, Beach towels and of course travel Insurance. These are the main essentials that will be needed for our Retreat.

CAN I ATTEND WITH ANY EXISTING OR PRE-EXISTING INJURIES/MEDICAL PROBLEMS?

We do not accept any guests with serious medical problems (heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy) So please be mindful when booking with a serious medical condition because We will not be responsible.

IF I INJURE MYSELF WHILST AT THE RETREAT? 

We will be trying our upmost to prevent any accidents or injuries happening. Our workouts are designed to be safe and effective to minimise any risks that may occur.  In an emergency an ambulance will be called immediately. We highly recommend travel insurance, participating in exercise and hikes can be challenging and you need to be covered.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COME TO THE RETREAT?

As stated above, we HIGHLY recommend travel insurance, especially for a holiday that involves fitness and activities. We cannot make our guests get travel insurance, but we hold no responsibility for any problems that might occur and not being covered.

¿Como Comprar?

Para poder comprar en la tienda de www.arpastosport.com, será necesario registrarse, solo hay que seguir los pasos de compra y rellenar el formulario de envió y registrarse, con lo que el usuario no tendrá que introducir todos los datos en futuras compras.

El Usuario irá añadiendo a su carro de compra tantos artículos como deseé.

A continuación, irá validando dichos pasos y se solicitará la dirección de envío.

¿El precio incluye gastos de envió?

Ofrecemos los gastos de envió gratuitos para pedidos superiores a 50 €, para pedidos inferiores , solicite información rellenando nuestro formulario de contacto.

¿Cuanto tiempo tarda la entrega?

Una vez allá realizado el pago del producto, procederemos al envió mediante transporte en el plazo de 5 a 10 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido y entre 10 y 15 días hábiles cuando tengamos que confeccionar el artículo.

¿Que garantías ofrecen?

Garantía de transporte: Todos nuestros envíos viajan cubiertos por un seguro del 100% del valor de la mercancía. Recuerde que dispone de 24 horas para efectuar la reclamación si su pedido ha sufrido daños originados por el transporte. Garantía del Producto: La garantía sólo cubre defectos producidos por la fabricación.
Para disfrutar de la garantía de los productos, necesita la factura de compra.

Recuerde que los productos textiles son productos higiénicos que no admiten devoluciones una vez desembalados.

No se admitirán reclamaciones pasadas 24 horas de la recepción de la mercancía, excepto aquellas derivadas de errores de fabricación
